If you switched phones, you most likely are stuck with the 500121 error code. We were able to resolve this by going to https://entra.microsoft.com and changing the authentication method for the user in question. We had to do this for every tenant.

AI Use case for sentiment analysis
A therapist receives a sentiment analysis report for a patient prior to the scheduled appointment since the last visit. The therapist no longer has to ask, "how have you been feeling since we spoke last".
Data Driven Relationship
This is a prediction for one of the ways AI is going to be used. A wife says to her husband, "you have been grumpy all week". The husband replies, "no I have not been". Wife says, "I ran a sentiment analysis on your emails, text messages and online posts for the week. The AI engine said that you were grumpy with a 90% confidence".
